Our Values

Always be adapting.

4

We move with conviction, and we never shy away from what the data is telling us, even if that means changing course. There’s no shame in ending up in a different place than you expected, as long as your next step is purposeful.

Be the i in team.

3

OK, so it’s a silent “i.” But it’s the “i” that says: I should help out. I should speak up. I should share an idea. I should just start.

The best teams are built on trust, and trust is built on proactivity and candor.

Think big and deliver.

2

Having a vision is great. Following through is even better. For solutions to important problems, we believe that 99% rounds down to zero, and that making an impact means finishing the job. We attend to detail because that’s how systems are built and sustained.

Respect life.

1

We believe value is generated by circulating, not extracting, resources. That goes for the planet, and for ourselves. We’re in this for the long haul, so we seek balance and meaning in and outside of our professional lives.

Doing good for our world also means doing good for ourselves and each other.
